How do I track my order?
You can obtain your UPS tracking number by logging into your account and then entering the order number you want to track in "Current Order Status." Please make sure you enter any leading zeros associated with your order number. After you enter your order number, select the "Submit" button. In the next window that opens, select your order number. At the bottom of the "Order Lookup" window, you will see your UPS tracking number. You must go to www.ups.com and enter the tracking number to track your order.

How do I set up a return?
In order to return a product, you must contact JEM Cable & Fiber within 10 days of the order delivery to obtain a Return Material Authorization number. If there is a manufacturer's defect, you must contact JEM Cable & Fiber within 10 days of the order delivery to obtain a Return Material Authorization. All returns except those due to a manufacturer's defect will be subject to a 15% restocking fee except the armored fiber cables which are non-cancelable, non-returnable. Custom orders are non-cancelable, non-returnable. All returned products must be shipped prepaid. Shipping charges will be refunded if the product is being returned as a result of a manufacturer's defect. Orders for stock items placed by 3 pm on business days will ship the same day. Orders for stock items placed after 3 pm will ship the next business day.
